Soliciting your avatar, is it too much?

There is a new site as well as imvu member known as CreditMagic which postes a list of developers by their avatars. The problem with this, and you will understand when you visit the site, is that who ever made the site did not take into account to ask first before posting them. I, being one, found my avatar listed.

Im not sure as to where the admin obtained the avatars but none-the-less did not ask permission by several user comments. Of course, I do not mind extra attention and it can bring in more sales but, thats not the point. The point is that the creator of the site did not take into account to ask first before posting. Granted, one does not neccissarily have to ask to use an avatar however, its all about the respect and concideration that is in account here.

Now, the site is a good attempt for a non experienced user and i give them credit for trying. Although, the layout is primative and lacks alot of information it could become a decent sight if more was put into it. The interesting thing about the site is that the admin/creator is vertually unkown. Even with some googling only a couple pieces of information become available. So, who owns the site and where are their credentials? Most sites, including this one are built and managed by known or somewhat known members of the imvu community. Most sites are opperated by veteran members who have plenty of experience in developing and helping other members but, a credit sales site known as 'creditmagic' which has no known owner under imvu or anywhere else kind of makes me skittish as to their credability.

This is why i wanted to bring this to your attention, beware of a site with no known representative.

So I caught this banner on a page, clicked and this is what i got;

Notice the pricings they show on their ad? wonder if it will be worth it? Of course they imply in the US so im wondering if they will have it available outside the states?
